What we collect

When you make a booking enquiry through this website, we ask for:

• Your name and mobile number
• Your email address, if you choose to provide one
• Pickup address and destination
• Journey details — date, time, passenger numbers, flight or cruise ship information, child seat requirements and any notes you add

We do not collect payment card details through this website. Fares are agreed and paid directly with your driver.

How we use it

We use the information you give us to:

• Arrange and dispatch your journey
• Contact you about a booking, including by phone, email or WhatsApp
• Maintain records for invoicing where a business account is in place
• Respond to enquiries or complaints

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it for marketing without your consent.

Who we share it with

Booking details may be shared with the driver assigned to your journey. Our booking form does not send your details through any third-party server of ours — it opens your own WhatsApp or email app with your journey details pre-filled, and you choose whether to send it. If you send via WhatsApp, that message is handled by WhatsApp/Meta under their own privacy policy; if you send by email, it's handled by your own email provider. We do not share your data with any other third party except where required by law.

How long we keep it

We keep booking enquiry details for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfil the journey, resolve any dispute, and meet our accounting obligations, after which it is deleted or anonymised.

• Ask us to delete your data, where we're not required to keep it
